Last year’s 2016 Western Conference on Safety sold out in record time and according to the Participant Evaluations it was the best yet. With more than 1250 participants, 22 sessions, 80 tradeshow booths, 5 post conference courses and speakers from across North America this is the largest Occupational Health & Safety Conference in western Canada. 2017 will be the 22nd Annual conference and your conference steering committee is working hard to make it the best yet.

With more than Thank you to the more than 1200 conference and post conference course attendees, exhibitors, speakers and volunteers it was the second largest Western Conference on Safety ever and the 2nd largest OSH conference in Canada. We are hard at work doing all the “after-conference” paperwork and giving our staff some hard earned time off. We will soon be starting on the 2018 conference coming April 9-10 and be posting more information on it as it becomes available. In the meantime, enjoy your summer!

We are so close to selling out that we’ve had to remove our on line registration form! We didn’t want people to register, make flight arrangements, and then find out that it’s sold out. So, if you want one of the few seats left, be sure to call me at (604)233-1842. There’s one seat left for Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments, 4 seats for Applied Risk Communication, and 3 seats left for Measurement and Evaluation.

Still sitting on the fence as to whether or not you are going to attend the conference? Don’t wait long! There are only 40 full 2 day registration spots still available. Monday only seats are sold out. Joint Health and Safety Committee Training on April 5th is sold out (but there are still 4 seats left for the second course added on April 6th). Supervisors Safety Training is sold out. Accident Investigations is sold out. There are only 2 seats left for Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments. 5 seats for Applied Risk Communication and 10 seats for Measurement and Evaluation. There are still Tuesday only seats available.

Single Day Monday Only Seats Sold Out. Full Registration and Tuesday Single day Seats Still Available!

As of today March 17, 2017 we have sold out of single day seats for Monday April 3.  Full Registration Seats (ie: you want to attend Monday April 3 and Tuesday April 4/17) are still available as are a limited number of single day Tuesday April 4, 2017 seats. But we are experiencing a high rate of registrations and anticipate that the conference may sell out sometime next week. Please call us at 604 233-1842 if you want to sign up for a Tuesday Only single day registration.
