Group Rules:
* Individuals must be from the same organization and MUST be received
with the initial registration.
* Later add-ons, additional registrations and/or registrations from other
locations or on other dates will be treated as new registrations and will be
subject to the normal rates applicable on their date of registration and for
the number of registrants being registered at that time.
* Sharing one registration is NOT allowed.
* Other rules may apply.

Sharing of Registrations
- Sharing registrations is NOT allowed.
Cancellations
- Please submit cancellation requests in writing via email or Canada Post to The Pacific Safety Center Ltd:
- Before March 20, 2026 for a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
- Between March 20 and April 2, 2026 for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after April 2, 2026.
- Substitutions will be gladly accepted.
Right to Refuse or Limit or Correct
- The Pacific Safety Center Ltd reserves the right to limit quantities and to correct errors or omissions prior to processing a purchase or registration request.
- The Pacific Safety Center Ltd reserves the right to refuse any or all registrations at their discretion.
- Registrations from outside of Canada or the USA will not be accepted and will be refused.

Photo Release
Please note that by registering for, or entering the Western Conference on Safety educational sessions or the safety tradeshow area, you give the Western Conference on Safety and/or The Pacific Safety Center Ltd permission to use photos taken of you participating in the Western Conference on Safety for the purpose of promoting the Western Conference on Safety. Some photos may be close-ups and others may be from a distance. Promotion may include brochures, posters, the Western Conference on Safety website and other media. If you do not want your photo included in any of the promotional material please request that the photographer delete that particular photo immediately. Otherwise it is implied that you do give permission for your photo to be used to promote the Western Conference on Safety.
