2024 will be our 16th year the Western Conference on Safety is being held at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver. The delegate evaluations are filled with praise for the Hyatt Regency. The high quality meeting rooms, large tradeshow area, convenient access to public transit, shopping, restaurants, theatres and all that Vancouver has to offer. Centrally located in downtown Vancouver’s business and entertainment core, the Hyatt Regency overlooks a mountain-rimmed harbour. It is adjacent to shopping in Royal Centre and only two blocks from Robson Street. It is close to sports complexes, theatres, Stanley Park, Granville Island and Grouse Mountain.

MARCH 18, 2024: THE HYATT REGENCY VANCOUVER HAS NOW SOLD OUT OF ALL AVAILABLE SPECIAL CONFERENCE RATE ROOMS. As the conference is also sold out of seats we will not be setting up any additional guest room blocks at any other hotels. Fortunately as of today, there are a number of hotels in the downtown Vancouver area available at varying rates.
Please note: If you are contacted by any company representing themselves as a hotel booking agent for the Hyatt or for the Western Conference on Safety, THEY DO NOT REPRESENT EITHER THE HYATT REGENCY VANCOUVER NOR THE WESTERN CONFERENCE ON SAFETY. The 2024 Western Conference on Safety has NOT contracted with any company in regards to hotel room bookings other than the Hyatt Regency Vancouver who will NOT contact you directly to book your room.
