Attending the Conference?  Last Minute Info You May Want to Know

  1. Commuting to the conference? It’s located in the Hyatt Regency Vancouver, 655 Burrard Street, Vancouver. The best way to reach it is via Skytrain with the Burrard Skytrain station located right beside the Hyatt Regency. Canada Line’s Vancouver City Centre Station is located just 2 blocks away. Parking will be very full at the Hyatt but there is a fair number of public parking facilities located close by.
  2. Arriving on Sunday April 19?
    • The Vancouver Sun Run will be happening Sunday morning with the start line right at the Hyatt Regency with road closures in place to noon. For more information on the various road closures click here  https://www.vancouversunrun.com/road-closures/
    • If you are at the Hyatt Sunday and want to beat the Monday morning rush, you can pick up your delegate badge and on-site program at the conference registration desk. Located on the 3rd floor of the Hyatt Regency and open Wednesday from 3:00 – 6:30pm.
  3. Monday/Tuesday Registration Desk Hours are Monday 7am – 4:30pm, Tuesday 7:00am – 3:30pm
  4. Lunch is NOT provided as part of your conference registration. The hotel features the Mosaic Grill Restaurant and a Starbucks. Across the lobby breezeway is a MacDonalds and a Tim Hortons, plus there is a food court in the Royal Centre Mall under the Hyatt Regency. Just next door in the Bentall Centre Mall there are 2 more food courts. Outside at street level there are many popular restaurants and food trucks located within 1-2 blocks.
  5. The entire conference is a scent-free environment. In consideration of others, please avoid the use of perfume or personal scents.

Conference Update – 70% Sold

As of March 11, 70% of conference seats have already been sold. While lots of spaces are still available, the early payment deadline is just one week away. In previous years, the conference has sold out on or shortly after this deadline. If you’re planning to attend Canada’s largest Workplace Health & Safety Conference, we encourage you to secure your spot soon to avoid disappointment. Safety Tradeshow Booths Sell Out In Record Time!

All 80 safety tradeshow booths sold out by mid-December—the fastest sell-out in the conference’s history. Delegate registrations are also tracking well ahead of average, putting us on pace for another complete sell-out of both the conference and tradeshow. As of January 16, 2026, lots of delegate seats are still available, but they are filling quickly. If you are planning to attend, we strongly encourage you to register early to secure your spot.

While the on line registration form isn’t quite ready yet, we are definitely open for registrations! The pricing is the same as 2025 – nice, right? Individual early bird: 595.00 // Group (10+) early bird: 565.00 per person. If you have some 2025 budget that needs to be spent, this is a great way to do it!
