The Western Conference on Safety is the largest Occupational Health & Safety Conference in Western Canada. 2023 was the conference’s 25th year and featured 2 keynote presentations, 20 conference seminars, 4 post conference courses and 80 safety tradeshow booths. It sold out more than 3 weeks prior to the conference run dates. Our conference advisory committee is already working on the 2024 agenda. Each year they research, network and travel across Canada and the USA to find the most interesting, latest and best sessions and bring them to Vancouver. If you only go to one conference in 2024 make it this one!

As of March 11, 70% of conference seats have already been sold. While lots of spaces are still available, the early payment deadline is just one week away. In previous years, the conference has sold out on or shortly after this deadline. If you’re planning to attend Canada’s largest Workplace Health & Safety Conference, we encourage you to secure your spot soon to avoid disappointment. All 80 safety tradeshow booths sold out by mid-December—the fastest sell-out in the conference’s history. Delegate registrations are also tracking well ahead of average, putting us on pace for another complete sell-out of both the conference and tradeshow. As of January 16, 2026, lots of delegate seats are still available, but they are filling quickly. If you are planning to attend, we strongly encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
