Full Registration (Monday & Tuesdays) and “Single Day – Tuesday Only” Still Available. “Single Day – Monday Only” Seats Sold Out.

“Single Day – Monday Only” seats are now completely sold out. Don’t worry though,  there are still lots of “Single Day – Tuesday Only” and Full (Monday & Tuesday) seats available. The on-line registration form will no longer accept any “Single Day Monday Only” registrations but still accepts all others.

If you were planning on attending for only 1 day of the conference and that day was Monday you will need to call or email us before registering as there are only a few “one Day – Monday Only” seats left and they may be sold out by the time you register. The on-line registration form is being modified to no longer accept “One Day – Monday Only” registrations in order to ensure we don’t over-book those seats. Please remember, your registration (via on-line, email, fax or phone) is NOT confirmed until you receive a specific confirmation email direct from our registrar.  There are still lots of Full Registration (attending Monday & Tuesday ) or  Tuesday Only seats available through the on-line registration form and via all other registrations methods.

Highest Number of Registrations Received In 24 Years

Current registration rates are showing a large pent up demand for the conference with the number of seats sold to date exceeding any other similar date in the conference’s 24 prior years. Currently there are over 540 people registered to attend, leaving less than 320 seats still available, including less than 30 “Monday Only” seats (Still lots of “Tuesday Only” Seats remaining).  Don’t be miss out. Registration fees start at $495 – the only thing that hasn’t gone up since 2020. If you are coming from out of town the Hyatt Regency Vancouver (our conference hotel) has a special rate for conference attendees of only $259/night (plus taxes and fees) but reservations must be made by April 7/23 in order to get this rate. Early Payment Discounts End in Three Weeks!

The early payment deadline is March 28, 2023. Register by, or before that date to save up to $50 per registration.  Registrations continue to flow significantly above normal levels and the conference may sell out by the early payment deadline. That makes 2 reasons to register early to ensure you get your seat and for the lowest possible price.

Registrations Running 43% ahead of Previous Conferences

As of today (Feb. 22, 2023) registrations for the conference continue to be strong and are currently running 43% ahead of the 5 year average for this point before the conference (not including the 3 years the conference was canceled). If this strong rate of registrations continues we anticipate the conference will sell out, perhaps by the early payment deadline. Earn Professional Designation Maintenance Points

This conference may qualify for various professional designation maintenance points such as the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals, National Construction Safety Officer, National Health and Safety Administrator, and the Canadian Board of Occupational Hygienists. Check with your association for specific information.

Registrations Strong!

As of January 30/23 conference registrations are running over 50% (!) ahead of 2019 levels on this date (2019 was the last time the conference ran). It seems that there is a large pent-up demand to come and take in everything that only an in-person occupational health and safety conference can provide. Make sure you register early to guarantee your seat!
