The 2026 Western Conference on Safety opened on August 18, 2025 for previous exhibitors and over 32 booths were sold in the first hour! That is a new record, beating last years total of 27 in the same timeframe. The 2026 show will open at 10am September 2, 2025 for NEW exhibitors. As of today (August 21, 2025) almost 40 booths have been sold, leaving just over 40 still available. This show has sold out for the last 20 years(!)
