The conference is nearly sold out. There are only a few full 2 day seats available, and a few more Single Day – Tuesday Only seats. It is completely sold out of Single Day – Monday Only seats. With the limited number of seats still available and the strong possibility that they may sell out before you contact us, we strongly suggest you DO NOT make any travel arrangements until your registration is acknowledged AND CONFIRMED by our registrar.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the following two sessions have been changed. Session 4A was “From Blame to Understanding: Investigating Behavior Thru Context” and been replaced with “Safety Culture: What It Is and How Safety Practitioners Can Help Their Employers Advance it” and Session 8B ” Challenging Assumptions Behind Health & Safety Thinking” has been replaced by “Safety Leadership 101: How To Find The Safety Leader Within” both new sessions are now being presented by Glyn Jones. As of March 11, 70% of conference seats have already been sold. While lots of spaces are still available, the early payment deadline is just one week away. In previous years, the conference has sold out on or shortly after this deadline. All 80 safety tradeshow booths sold out by mid-December—the fastest sell-out in the conference’s history. Delegate registrations are also tracking well ahead of average, putting us on pace for another complete sell-out of both the conference and tradeshow. As of January 16, 2026, lots of delegate seats are still available, but they are filling quickly. If you are planning to attend, we strongly encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
