While the Western Conference on Safety itself is pretty much sold out, its Pre-Conference Courses still have seats available in all courses. MARCH 18, 2024: THE HYATT REGENCY VANCOUVER HAS NOW SOLD OUT OF ALL AVAILABLE SPECIAL CONFERENCE RATE GUEST ROOMS. As the conference is also sold out of regular conference seats we will not be setting up any additional guest room blocks at any other hotels. Fortunately as of today, there are a number of hotels in the downtown Vancouver area available at varying rates.
The Conference is nearly sold out. We have few “Breakout Session ONLY” 2 day seats available, and a few more Friday only seats. If you want to register for one of the few “BreakOut Session ONLY” seats please call 604.233.1842. If you want to register for the Friday only or the pre-conference courses, you can still register on line. With the limited number of seats still available and the strong possibility that they may sell out before you contact us, we strongly suggest you DO NOT make any travel arrangements until your registration is acknowledged AND CONFIRMED by our registrar.
